Your data and personal information is what identifies you and this document outlines how personal and private information you supply to me is stored and used.
What data do I keep and why do I need it?
Name and age – this is basic information that helps me get to know you. (Personal Data)
Email address, phone number if applicable – I use this as a way of contacting you if required.
Course Data - I can see your course progress but other than that everything you input is your data and you have the right to ask me to delete any data you have submitted.
Will I share your data and if I do, who will I share it with and for what purpose?
- It is very unlikely that I will share your data, I will never share your data without your consent unless there is a legal obligation to do so. For example, threat to yourself or others.
In this case it would only be shared with public bodies such as health care professionals or police. - I will not sell it on or use it for unethical reasons.
- I may contact you to inform you of other products or services, but if I do this you will have the right to unsubscribe at anytime.
How will I store your data?
Personal Data such as Name Address and contact information – This data is basic data and will remain within thinkific, I may use this data to contact you but it will not be past on to any 3rd party for processing
